Mostplayer Terms & Conditions

Mostplayer (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming service for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Mostplayer and its users ("you" or "member").

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes via your registered email and display the updated date on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Bangladesh.
• Mostplayer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
• The only official channels for contacting Mostplayer are the platform's live chat and email support.

To register an account with Mostplayer, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts is considered a violation and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Mostplayer offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus offers page.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit. A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements are typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from free spins may also be subject to separate wagering requirements.
• Mostplayer reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Mostplayer supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits stated on the platform.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Mostplayer never sends payments to third-party accounts — withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's name.

• Deposits should be credited to your account instantly once confirmed. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• At least one wager using the deposited payment method is required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Mostplayer may initiate a verification process for suspicious transactions.
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account may be temporarily suspended.

All games on Mostplayer are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, RTP (Return to Player) rate, and payout structure, all of which are visible within the game itself.

All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and impartial. Neither any user nor Mostplayer can predetermine the result of any game.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the game's server logs.
• Any winnings resulting from a software bug or error in a game may be voided.
• For Sports Betting, bets will be settled after the official result is published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostplayer. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus or promotion system (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Hacking, cheating, or using automated bots on the gaming software.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.

Mostplayer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or legal authority.
• At the member's own request through self-exclusion.

A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. The member will be notified by email before the account is closed.

Should any dispute arise between Mostplayer and a member, we will first seek to resolve it through direct discussion. Complaints submitted via the support team will receive a response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it will be referred to a neutral third party for mediation. All Mostplayer services are operated in accordance with the conditions of an international gaming licence.

• In any dispute relating to game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
• Keep records of transactions in case of any payment disputes.
• Any claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring on the account.
